We offer a 7-day return policy starting from the date of delivery.
Important Return Restrictions:
- Final Sale Items: Items discounted 50% or more, including Mega Sale purchases, are non
returnable. - Sale/Offer Purchases: Items purchased during a sale or offer are non-returnable, but are
eligible for a one-time exchange (see Exchange section). - Condition: Products must be unused, unworn, and have the original tags intact.
Refund Details:
- Shipping and COD Charges are Non-Refundable.
- COD Order Refunds: All Cash-on-Delivery (COD) order refunds will be issued via Gift Cards
(as per current RBI guidelines). - Proof Required: For refunds related to a wrong product/missing item, you must provide the
package unboxing video.
Return Process Notes:
- Pick-up Security: Do not hand over the product without receiving the official pick-up slip or
SMS confirmation. - Damaged Package: Do not accept the package from the carrier if it appears tampered with.
- OTP Security: Do not share the OTP with the carrier if you have not received the product.
- Self-Shipment: If your pin code is outside our reverse logistics service area, you must self-ship
the product. - Please use “Speed Post” as your courier.
- Your courier cost must not exceed ₹300, which will be reimbursed.
Exchanges
We offer a convenient exchange process to ensure you get the perfect fit or item.
Exchange Eligibility:
- One-Time Exchange: You are allowed only one exchange per order.
- Sale/Offer Items: Items purchased during a sale or offer are only eligible for exchange, not a
return/refund. - Wrong Product Proof: For an exchange due to a wrong product received, you must provide
the package unboxing video.
Exchange Details:
- Cost: There is no additional charge for any exchange orders.
- Availability: Size exchange is subject to stock availability.
- Price Difference: If the new item is of a lower price, the balance amount will be refunded to you
as a Gift Voucher.
Post-Wash Policy
- Any query related to the product after washing will only be entertained within one month from
the date of delivery.
